Michelle Gonzalez shop-life-coaching 360 Body, Mind & Soul Challenge In order to balance our Body, Mind & Soul and to create the life that we want to live in our 360 Body, Mind & Soul Challenge, we are going to start from the simplest concept to master and work our way up to the most difficult. As with anything, "practice makes perfect!" It is essential that you practice each of these methods daily! When a new action is delivered into your inbox, you will continue to practice the week before while adding in the new challenge! In working this challenge, however, you will find that you will never leave one section behind while moving on to the next. Instead, you will carry each section with you to the next. During the last month, you should be combining each section together to form the big picture and gain complete understanding and awareness. Each month will carry a specific meditation to perform each day of that month. At the end of the journal, you will find a list of meditations that can be performed at any time during the challenge. It is suggested that you begin each day with the monthly meditation and incorporate as many of the others as you can throughout the challenge. For instance, you may begin the day with the monthly meditation, then go about the remainder of your day with full awareness of the month's topic, keeping notes daily on these topics as they occur to you throughout each day. During this part of your day, it is vitally important that as you go about your day, you maintain a conscious awarness of yourself in relation to the topic at hand. (Ie.. for the first month, you would keep a conscious awareness of your random and recurring thoughts each day; why you had that thought. Is the thought beneficial to your well being or not? Is the recurring thought positive and does it hold peace, love, patience and/or kindness? And finally, you must ask all the why's. Why did you have that thought? What provoked it? Keep asking this question of why, until you have worked down to the last remaining why there can be. These are the thoughts that should be written down daily. These are the questions to be answered in your journal.) Later in the day, it is important for you to carve out a little time- after work, during bath time or before bed time where your phone/television, etc are turned off or muted, making sure that your time is quiet and undisturbed, even if only for 5-10 mins to perform any of the other meditations that you desire or feel would be beneficial to your maintaining a peaceful heart or simply to de-stress after a hectic day. In this manner, you should be performing at the very least, two meditations per day- one upon waking and one before retiring to bed. If at any time, you become stuck in your challenge and desire a little one on one help; if there is something that you simply cannot comprehend or have any questions at all; simply contact me. In the subject line please be sure to include the words: Challenge Help. In the message, state your query and your preferred method of reply- email, phone etc. Also, include which challenge you are currently working and at which section you are working.
