Before I started Crossfit, I knew my workout had become stagnant and I desperately wanted a change that would challenge me more. Knowing and implementing, however, are two very different things. Crossfit really intrigued me but I still couldn't bring myself on my own to start it. Then I met the owner and head coach of my box (that's what Crossfitters like to call their gym).
