    During this session we will setup a coaching plan and develop a Profile of your current situation.

    This session consists of a personal 1 on 1 online coaching session followed by a comprehensive current situation profile development

  2. Module 2 : How to let go of baggage

    The best way to become the person you want to be is to make a personal mission statement. In this session we focus on letting go of the baggage holding you back and the fears of the future by defining where you want to go.

  3. Module 3 : Staying Focused

    In this session you will learn why It’s important to know how we can reach our goals instead of getting constantly side tracked by everyday life. A simple and effective way to stay focused on our path

  4. Module 4 : Self Assesment

    This week we introduce you to how to pinpoint what's working and where you need help getting things to work better.

  5. Module 5 : 90 Minute 1 on 1 Personal Coaching

    This week we spend 90 minutes in a one on one personal coaching session reviewing our progress and planning for the next periods

  6. Module 6 : Increase your self esteem

    This session will teach you how to increase your self esteem, and discover simple techniques to find what motivates us, and get's us going. Many of us repeat negative statements to ourselves, which we come believe to be true and use to hold ourselves back. Luckily, we can turn things around

  7. Module 7 : Goal Setting

    This session will focus on setting goals, objective and action plan. We will work with you to establish what your goals really are. You have goals, everyone does. The question is, how do you get to where you want to be? Do you have the tools you need to reach these goals?

  8. Module 8 : 90 Minutes 1 on 1 Online Coaching

    Our final session will focus on reviewing what we have discovered about ourselves and finalising our Action plans for a better future now we have the resources and tools available
