COURSE SYLLABUS:

1. Introductory Module : Authentic Soul Group Coaching (Week 1)

   Welcome to Authentic Soul! I am so excited to get started on this journey with you. This will be a powerful experience. You will take what you learn in this group everywhere you go! A few questions I want you to journal about, meditate upon, or focus on before our first meeting:
   
   What do you want to gain from this group? (This could be a feeling or a goal. Try to be specific and detailed - this is your message to the Universe!) Ex. I don't want to feel stuck in my current situation, or I want to make a significant change in my life.
   
   What are some things you are afraid to let go of to make this happen? ex. I'm really nervous of the money I invested in this group and if I do change my life, my friends may not like or respect me anymore.
   
   How will achieving this result effect my life? ex. If I no longer feel stuck, I can do all the things I dream about like get a new job, make more money and not feel guilty about being myself.
   
   How will this effect others? ex. I will be able to be a better mother, but some of my relatives may disapprove. I may not be spending as much time with people that make me feel bad.
   
   Try to make your answers as detailed as possible. We'll talk about these questions in our first group and what they brought forward for you to see more clearly.
   
   I can't wait to get started, this is going to be powerful, but fun.
