  1. Module 1 : Getting Good Sleep Again and Music to Heal By

    Sleep is a struggle for many, if not most widowed people. We get used to the comfort, warmth, and security of our partner sleeping beside us. A lot of us find it a problem for years. Let's see, specifically, what is giving you trouble and what you can do about it. I can't promise that you'll never have another sleepless night, but together we can make them fewer and farther between and give you better rest. Music can help with moods, too.You will get specific ideas and suggestions about how to use music to heal.

  2. Module 2 : Anxiety & Grounding and Fashion & Attitude Part 1 - Colors

    It can be difficult to see the forest of your new future if you are stuck in the trees and can only see your anxiety all around. In this module, we'll be working on getting grounded and managing your anxiety and then learn some new mood-lifting techniques with fashion... Just like many people own yellow or bright slickers to brighten gloomy rainy days, we're going to use color to brighten your gloomy life season. Shopping is optional. I'll show you how to do it without spending a dime.

  3. Module 3 : Meals & Eating Habits and Home Dec Part 1 - Colors

    When two become one, eating habits and patterns are bound to change. Some grieving folks barely eat, some overeat. It's a challenge to get meals back under control so that they are healthy and enjoyable. The answers are varied and will be different for everyone. We'll explore some solutions here.
    We're also going to revisit the influence of color in your world and in your mood, but this time, we'll examine how they can impact your surroundings. Chip and Joanna won't teach you what you'll learn here.

  4. Module 4 : Stress Reducers and Home Dec Part 2 - Accessories for Comfort

    Everybody has stress, and widows get more than their fair share as we worry about money, safety, health and more...alone. We're going to talk about tricks to reduce your stress and turn your home into a healing sanctuary that you want to spend time in.

  5. Module 5 : Home Dec Part 3 - Practical Changes and Fashion & Attitude Part 2 - Sweat Suit Alternative

    In our fog of grief, sometimes we can't see that the solutions to simple things that are bugging us. A home organized for two may not work so well for one. Often small tweaks can make a big difference. We'll also continue with how looking our best can lift our spirits, while looking this time, at outfits that are really, really comfortable.

  6. Module 6 : Fashion & Attitude Part 3 - Find Your Style & Personality and Discovering Your New Life Purpose

    Part of progressing after becoming a widow is learning who you are again. This week's lessons approach just that from two different angles. First, discover what your fashion personality is. It should sing, or resonate with your internal personality. Then, we'll examine why you are here. What's your purpose in life? That changes with major events, and it's time to reexamine it to help you be the best you that you can be.

  7. Module 7 : Rebuilding A Social Life and Home Dec Part 3 - Making It Yours and Comfortable

    One of the unfortunate side effects of becoming widowed is that sometimes, even often, our social lives change. Where once we had active social lives as part of a couple, now those invitations and friendships may evaporate, and do so just when we most need them. We need to make new friends. We also need homes that we are comfortable in, and easily function in. We'll be looking at both of these subjects this week.

  8. Module 8 : Fashion & Attitude Part 4 - Body Style and Fit and Travel and Dining Out Solo

    Dressing well to feel better includes making certain your clothes suit your shape and fit you well. No one can be confident when their pants are dragging the ground or they're constantly tugging at a top that's too tight or too short. We'll cover some basics of fit and style for you. As a grand finale, since you've worked so hard to put your best foot forward as a woman comfortable in her own skin, It's time to venture out into the world for dinner or a trip. Safety and planning tips to make certain your adventures are happy ones are our endnote.
