High Energy Relationships Coaching Program 12 Week coaching course on building powerful and fulfilling relationships both at work and at home. Relationships truly define our lives, so we can't afford to let them drain us or block our success and happiness.
The course consists of weekly one-on-one 60 minute coaching calls focused on that week's topic.
TOPIC 1 – CREATING YOURSELF AND YOUR IDEAL RELATIONSHIP
When we are clear who we are in relationships, we can build relationships that align with our most important values. We can also be in relationships in a way that builds or at least maintains our energy. Honoring who we are in all of our relationships enables us to fully express ourselves, and our energy remains high. We attract the relationships we want; we attract the success we desire.
TOPIC 2 – DEVELOPING A HIGH-ENERGY RELATIONSHIP
High energy relationships are those relationships that make us feel energetic, help us to grow, increase our energy, and/or help us to maintain our highest levels of energy. Knowing what we want in a relationship and communicating our wants and desires helps focus our energy and keeps our energy within relationships high.
TOPIC 3 – RESOLVING CONFLICT IN RELATIONSHIPS
People change and grow, values and priorities shift, expectations are not
met, beliefs “collide,” and opinions differ. This is life. Depending upon a person’s energetic frame of reference, their response to these events and situations will vary greatly. Successfully managing these situations within a relationship requires skill and practice.
TOPIC 4 – RELATIONSHIP CYCLE OF CHANGE – EFFECTIVELY DEALING WITH CHANGES WITHIN RELATIONSHIPS
Most of us understand that change is inevitable. Nowhere is this truer
than in relationships. As we grow and develop as individuals, there are no guarantees that our relationships will grow with us. While we can intellectually understand and process this phenomenon, our hearts and our energy may react differently when we are faced with change within our relationships, especially those which are most important to us.
TOPIC 5 – SHIFTING A RELATIONSHIP’S FOCUS FROM “WHAT IS WRONG” TO “WHAT IS RIGHT” IN ORDER TO MOVE FORWARD
Focusing on or getting attached to “what is wrong” in a relationship
downwardly shifts the energy of the relationship and those involved. This
focus either depletes the positive energy in the relationship and of the
involved individuals or limits the growth, benefit, and gift of the relationship. Within an organization (a business, volunteer, or family unit), even those not directly involved in the relationship are negatively impacted. Consciously or not, they experience the catabolic effect of others focusing on what is wrong in their relationships.
TOPIC 6 – CREATING POWERFUL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION
Successful leaders surround themselves with other anabolic leaders and
create powerful relationships with these individuals. These positive relationships help the leader maintain and increase their own energy and the energy of those around them. These anabolic relationships also help the leader move forward and attract the success and prosperity they desire in their own career and life as well as in the life of their organization.
TOPIC 7 – CREATING POWERFUL TEAM RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN YOUR ORGANIZATION
Two energetic perspectives exist for teams.
• The energy within the team, and
• How the team’s energy interacts with the overall energy of the organization.
A successful leader is one who understands and is skilled in leading energy
and in making energy work for them. They practice being aware of the team’s internal energy, using their own energy to shift/maintain team energy, and are able to tap the individual energy within the team to encourage and support its success.
TOPIC 8 – NURTURING THE “OTHER” IMPORTANT RELATIONSHIPS IN YOUR WORK (AND LIFE)
As a leader at work and in our personal lives, nurturing the relationships
that are most important to us affects our energy and can help us grow and succeed as professionals as well as human beings. Within the context of work, managing and growing relationships with clients, external suppliers and partners, and/or fellow professionals affects our energy and our ability to lead ourselves and others to success. Other important relationships also include those with mentors, individuals within the industry, and leaders within the community.
TOPIC 9 – BEING A RELATIONSHIP MAGNET – HELPING OTHERS SUCCEED THROUGH YOUR RELATIONSHIP
Unleashing the power of relationship frees us to focus on helping others
succeed, creating prosperous alliances, and capitalizing on the synergy of partnerships. When we unleash our true gifts of relationship, we become magnets for success. People want to partner with us for mutual growth and development. Those around us are inspired to take action toward success. We are fully engaged in our power to inspire, motivate, and lead ourselves and others to success. We create a network of success.
TOPIC 10 – FOSTERING AND NURTURING SUCCESSFUL FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS
Families, immediate and extended, are “power plants” for us as individuals, providing all levels of energy. Families can create energy that is stable, nurturing, and strong - fueling our growth and prosperity. Families can also be a source of powerfully destructive energy - depleting our joy, reward, and success in life. And the family unit creates everything in between. Rarely is the energy we get from our families neutral.
TOPIC 11 – CREATING NEW RELATIONSHIPS IN YOUR CAREER (AND LIFE)
When there are relationship gaps in a person’s life (at work and at home),
they may feel that something is missing. Even if their life is filled with success, when an important relationship is missing, success feels somewhat empty. This can drain energy; or it can keep us where we are and not enable us to move forward at work and at home.
TOPIC 12 – DEVELOPING SUPPORTIVE SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS – NETWORKING AND CONNECTING WITH OTHERS TO CREATE NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND GROWTH
To many, networking is something you do when you need something.
With this perspective, networking and connecting is draining and something that most people dread. It is filled with feelings of obligation, being victim to others’ “zealous” networking efforts, and resisting the power of connecting with others.
Networking and connecting from a place of abundance creates the opportunity to grow, attract success, and to leverage the power of partnership and connection. Developing supportive social relationships expands the power of partnership beyond your immediate circle of close work and family relationships and other important friendships. A supportive social network also provides encouragement, resources, ideas for growth, solutions, and access to other creative minds. It captures the synergy of everyone’s greatness. https://www.lifecoachhub.com/img/uploads/courses/thumbs/341_1470860504.jpg https://www.lifecoachhub.com/coaching-shop/course/shop-relationship-coaching/341-high-energy-relationships-coaching-program
