Betrayed Wives Club

The Betrayed Wives Club is a Christian-based support group that meets weekly.  It is a two hour session and we do book studies of various Christian books regarding topics on recovering from intimate betrayal, forgiveness, building boundaries, coping with PTSD or betrayal trauma.  We usually have 20 minutes of viewing or listening to the author discussing their book (so buying books is not required) and then we have discussion.  It is an open-topic discussion so that anything that is on your heart can be brought up.  Every woman can decide if they want to share that week or not.  We try not to give advice unless you specifically ask for feedback from the group.  We are resepctful of others. We do not use foul language.  This is not a husband-bashing group.  Our focus is to provide a safe place with other women going through similar circumstances from all over the country.  Since we are  not a localized club, you can share your experience without fear of "word getting out" in your personal social circles.  Some people don't even use their last names in the group.  Some of us have husbands that are in ministry and some of us have not even discussed our situations with family members or close friends. So your privacy is well protected.

This is an on-going support group with no scheduled end.  So every month you want to participate, you can purchase a subscription.  The fee is very low considering you will have 8-10 hours of group sessions available to you when you purchase a monthly subscription.  The subscription price is non-refundable even if you are unable to make every session every month.  You will still get your money's worth if you can only attend even one session a month.  And you are in control of your subscription.  So if you are not happy with the service or you know you are not going to be available much during a certain month, then you can choose not to subscribe that month and join again when it suits you.

Our sessions are limited to 12 people and we usually will only have about half of that in attendance on any given week.  So there will be plenty of time for personal discussion and sharing.

I urge you not to try to go this alone.  Betrayal can completely knock you down and leave you spinning in emotional upheaval for months and even years down the line.  Unfortunately, there are many of us out here experiencing the same thing.  Join us and let us comfort you, listen to you, minister to you in a safe place of encouragement and affirmation.
