Lets look deeper at what you think, why, and how your thoughts affect you. Why do you believe them, do they serve me, activities for thought awareness

This week we will look at how you feel inside, notice sensations in the body, and do a body scan for sensation awareness and to increase your ability to concentrate for longer periods of time
