  1. Module 1 : Introduction To Mindfulness

    Week 1 Grounding in mindfulness and present moment awareness - activities to bring self into the present moment, sound, sight, taste, touch, posture, elements of sitting and being alert. Exercises to introduce this and notice how much they miss in life by living on automatic pilot

    This week we will cover how you feel inside, what reactions come up, fears, anxiety, breathing confusion, activities for self awareness, detachment, resistance, build patience, an open mind, vulnerability, curiosity, kindness and self love

    Lets look deeper at what you think, why, and how your thoughts affect you. Why do you believe them, do they serve me, activities for thought awareness

  4. Module 4 : Sensation Awareness

    This week we will look at how you feel inside, notice sensations in the body, and do a body scan for sensation awareness and to increase your ability to concentrate for longer periods of time
