As part of your mentorship, we can organise for you to speak (the topic of your choice, about 15 minutes or so) at a professional club such as Rotary or BNI. The club members will only know you as their guest speaker. This way, the coach gets to assess you in a natural professional speaking environment discreetly. Online or in person.
FORMAT:
One-on-one coaching can be customised as desired, e.g.,
A. Fully online
B. Fully in-person, one to four sessions per week – Nairobi or Nanyuki
C. Residential - Nanyuki
D. Hybrid - a blend of all the above
We recommend including an out-of-town retreat in Nanyuki.
Day and times:
Any day including Sundays, between 9 am and 9 pm (depending on available slots)
Session/class duration:
Each session is approximately 90 minutes long, i.e., 1.5 contact hours.
