In this cleanse there will be foods you will eliminate for a period of time. These foods include (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, red meat, and artificial sugar
Replace with organic leafy greens and other veggies, some fruit, nuts, seeds, legumes, brown rice, quinoa, green tea, chicken, and fish, among other foods that leave you full of energy!
One 45 minute session (start-up) and two 30 minute sessions (check-in & moving forward)
