The trick is to be consciously aware of what we want in the day. This is where the practice of setting positive daily intentions comes in handy. It’s been well documented that our intentions, attitudes and beliefs shape our experiences. They direct our thoughts, actions and perceptions. When our intentions are pure, positive and support what’s in our highest good, we create more ease, happiness and growth. When our intentions stem from a lower source, say insecurity, greed or resentment, we create all sorts of drama and trouble in our lives.Setting daily intentions is a powerful tool on living a positive lifestyle. In this service I will be your Daily Intention Guide. We will conduct daily 1-5 minute calls to review your daily intention and to discuss how your previous intention went. These calls will be through either WhatsApp, WeChat, or Zoom. We will work together to figure out the best morning time for these calls to happen. Your intention should be closely tied to your personal thoughts, values and perspective on life. Intentions can be a clear and specific wish, or as simple as a word or phrase you’d like to align yourself with, like “open your mind and heart,” “love,” “softness,” “strength,” “compassion for myself and others,” “peace,” or “freedom.” Try to keep the intention positive, so instead of saying “stop being a coward,” or “spend less time alone,” choose the intentions, “be courageous” or simply, “community”. Intentions aren't to be confused with goals: They are about who you want to be, what you wish to contribute to the world, and how you choose to touch the lives of others.
