When you become involved in the dreams of others they become involved in yours. When you can demonstrate how people's needs and values work with your own, they are more able to support you.
You need to see things from other people's view points and be sympathetic to them. When you show that working together will enable you to use your strengths without compromising their values the sky is the limit.
This is doubly so if you can show them how to get what they want while they do so.
