Nobody likes losing.
You may be the most able person on the team but if you can't bring people with you without bullying them, you're always going to have to work harder than you need to.
Stop taking positions and trying to convince people that you're right. Engage them and get them to explore the issues themselves. It might take a little longer initially, but in the long run they are much more likely to trust someone who works with rather than in competition with them.
