Don’t be a Monarch in the Workplace

Handing out orders is as easy as handing out business cards, but the ability to dictate does not equate to true leadership.

To give your business the best possible leadership, avoid setting up a throne room for yourself. Lead by example, and concentrate on establishing a team of thoughtful experts who are all committed to the company vision, rather than an army of unmotivated drudges and wage slaves.

Make each team member feel that their contribution is valid and that they are stakeholders in some way, and they will follow you to hell and back.
