In particular non-family members can feel slighted.
It's good to work through to fair and equitable solutions so that each family member can contribute without driving away talent. Start by answering questions such as; “Will family members operate under the same conditions as others – such as for holidays, expenses and time keeping?” and “What training does this person need to add value in this role?”
