Family coaching is a great way to examine succession planning for a family business. They can help you answer the key questions; “Does the person in question want the role?”, “Do they have the skills for it?”, “How can they develop those skills?”, “How can the choice be effectively communicated without causing jealousy within the family unit?”

Getting the right answers and developing a formal succession plan can make sure that the business continues to grow and succeed without becoming bogged down in the transition phase.

    Hi!
I'm familiar with the concept of coaching but could you perhaps tell me more about family coaching? I don't work with my family, but my husband does and some conflict of interests have recently arisen. I think it's best to get the advice and opinion of an expert who has experience in dealing with tough situations such as this.
    Thanks!
