When setting a goal, try this:
Close your eyes, feel into the goal, and see it as already completed.
Visualising is such a powerful tool. When you are ready, visualise your goal, then ask yourself:
- How does it feel to have "made it" and achieved this goal?
- What changes has achieving this goal made to my life?
- What else can I do to make it even better?
- How would I feel if I didn't attempt to achieve this goal?
- Is this how I want it to be? (If not change your goal until it feels good)
