Goal Setting – Check Your Progress Regularly

Staying on course is easier when we check our progress.

Everyone gets sidetracked and finds other priorities creeping in over time. When we take regular time to evaluate our achievement, we can either be pleasantly surprised – which acts as positive reinforcement making further progress easier. Or we can take early corrective action to get back on track.

    Yes, goals aren't achieved overnight. It takes hard work and patience to get to where we aim to be. Personal progress reports are a definite must. I have a journal in which I jot down what I want to achieve and what I'm doing to get there. It certainly helps and I recommend it!
