There is another way that you can make sure that you’re getting enough fluids daily is by tracking and monitoring your intake.

- It’s best to drink at frequent intervals throughout the day, this could be when you’re awake, at each meals and even in between meals.
If you are very active you require more water to keep your body cool, statistics shows that after an hour of exercise you can lose up to 1 quart of water, before, during and after you exercise you should consume water to prevent dehydration.
By the time you starting to feel thirsty your body is already in the state of dehydration, so you should keep your water close by. This will also remind you to drink your water and make sure you are staying hydrated.
