How can you become the best version of yourself more often?
Do you ever feel you are not good enough and the idea you have of who you are is deflating?
At those times--what are you believing about yourself? How do you behave?
Examples of deflating self-talk: Nobody cares about me. I'm all alone. I don't matter. I can't trust anyone, I'm right and you're wrong, Something is wrong with me. I'm a failure. I'm damaged. I'm not good enough. I'm stupid. I'm worthless.
Consider what benefit these thoughts and feelings have for you.
We are continually a work in progress. The more aware of these thoughts and feelings, the easier it is to manage them. Think of some comeback phrases for yourself to manage your downfall.
Weaknesses naturally exist and can be neutralized by our strengths.
Identify where your key strengths can best be used to address the areas of your life which you have discovered are least satisfying for you.
Consider the best version of yourself.
Think about your perfect best self. What does it look like? How do you speak? How do you think? How do you interact with others? What do people think of you? Are you doing things that are meaningful to you?
Consider the times when you feel the best. What are you thinking? How are you acting? What are you doing? How does it feel?
