Negative thoughts haunt us at times. Here's a quick way to dissolve them.
When you feel a negative thought coming on, write it down, then come up with a correct and positive thought to counteract the negative thought.
Example:
Incorrect thought habit, "They will never let me get ahead at this job"
Correct thought, "I am the best at what I do and my success will appear at exactly the right time for me"
