Once you have decided on your goal, and plotted it out in to manageable steps, the next part is to ensure that you take the necessary steps.
To stay motivated try to keep in mind:
- The reason why you want to make the change.
- The cost to yourself of not taking the necessary actions.
- How you will feel if time passes by and you never pushed yourself to make the changes needed, meaning that nothing changed and you are still where you were all that time ago wishing and wanting something better than you had.
