Work hard, play hard.

Schedule something fun to look forward to at the end of a long week, or even a long day.  This can be drinks with a friend, meeting up after work to see a new movie, or planning a fantastic vacation somewhere you’ve always wanted to explore.

Scheduling in fun will renew your sense of adventure, and keep your inner child alive and well, which will make the rest of your life seem that much brighter.

Oh yeah, playtime is definitely important. People tend to underestimate the importance of a healthy work-ilfe balance. No matter how much you love your job, it's always a good idea to create some distance between it and your 'real' life. Even doing something small like reading a magazine or watching a sitcom plays a role in balancing work and life.
