When working on a big project - anything from starting a business to building your self-esteem or reaching your ideal weight - chart your goals and milestones and give credit where credit is due. Make a list of your goals or milestones and tie mini rewards to each one.
You may not be making 100k at your new business, but maybe you have gotten your first client or first real paycheck. Give yourself a mini reward, you deserve it!
