Ever tried to make a change and it has not really worked?
How committed were you really? We often say we have tried when we have actually done a half hearted attempt.
- Try picking up a chair. You'll find either you do or you don't.
- The same is true with commitment. Either you are 100% committed or you are not.
Look back at the change you were trying to make. How committed were you really? If you were 100% committed (or 150%!) what would you do differently?
