This is an incorrect assumption.
Our belief that we cannot overcome stress comes from what we have been taught about it. We feel that stress is an inevitable, and even necessary, part of life.
What if we could change this?
We create stress in our lives through the frame of mind with which we approach life. In order to overcome stress we need to change our relationship to it.
Once we understand exactly why we get stressed out, we are able to change our relatiohship with stress and then we suddenly have a choice. We can choose whether we want to become stressed or not.
