How to Stop Worrying

So do you worry all the time? Here is a tip to manage the worrying. Create a worry list and every time you begin to worry about something put it on you worry list.
  • Set a time in the day when you will sit with a cup of tea and look at your list.
  • Spend half an hour worrying about everything on your worry list. Then cross them off and put it away.
  • Do this every day and you will find that your mind will begin to wait until it is time to do the worrying.
