In Part FIVE of the Independence from Stress series, we come to terms with the fact that there is always going to be negativity/threat around us. We can't run away from it.
What we can do instead, is look at them logically, and decide whether its a real threat or a conversation that we perceive as one.
In any case, we should not let those threats consume us entirely and stop us from doing what we are actually up to.
