You can sync your Google and iCal calendars to facilitate appointment making. Another convenient way is to share your Calendly link where you have set asid available time. Your clients will be able to choose a time that works for them. When you receive the alert from Calendly, return to LCH and create the appointment for them. You'll be able to do any appointment prep and assign tools at this time as well.
