About me
I spent over 15 years working in skilled facilities with both patients and their families as an administrator. I have owned my business since 2007. I have served as a Human Resources Director for a national Research Marketing company.
As a Certified Life Coach, Expert Level, I feel it is important to continue to learn and grow. In this belief, I am pursuing my Ph.D. In Forensic Psychology.
It is my joy to help adults achieve their goals and dreams through coaching. I have experience in all levels of business from hiring, through the executive sales and marketing, and Presidential levels.
Currently I work with many adults of varying ages who are transitioning back into the work force, re-entering school, solving housing issues. I also work with many agencies to assist in connecting my clients to the resources needed to help them achieve their life goals and fulfill their true purpose in life.
I adamantly believe that we can achieve anything in life through, balance, planning, and follow through. I look forward to working with you through this process in your life.

RESULTS & GOALS
Striving to help you achieve your goals and life dreams is what I do. To accomplish this, I work with each client personally on an individual level to help them discover what it is they truly want for thier lives. Once a goal is in mind, we will set out a plan of action to achieve those results, and work together to enact action. With proper planning, guidance, and preparation, I seek to help my clients realize their full potential and joy.
I work with my clients for real results, not endless planning. We will set out a real achievable timeframe for you succeed. I will provide support and honest feedback, motivation, and structure along the way.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
It is important to establish with my clients what they wish to achieve through our time together right up front. Once a goal is clearly in sight, I work with my client to develop a clear plan of action, a timeline of results, and a positive motivational process to reach the clients goals.
This process is customized to fit each individual. I will provide tools, resources, motivation, and honest feedback to each client throughout our time together.

PRIVATE COACHING
If you are in the local Portland, OR area, I do have office hours each week for in person, one on one coaching.
ONLINE COACHING
I am licensed and insured to conduct online coaching sessions anywhere within the United States. I can conduct these sessions via, Skype, FaceTime, Tango, Email, or limited Phone sessions. (I do maintain Pacific Time Zone hours and will try my best to have extend hours during weekdays until 9pm.)
Short courses or group coaching
I am available for corporate group events, including motivational, leadership, and team working skills. I do travel for group events within the U.S. Please email for rates and scheduling.

Fee description
Fees:
from $40 USD to $80 USD
One on one coaching fees are $40-$80 per hour, offered on a sliding scale. Group coaching, executive events are priced according to individual client needs and can be quoted via email.
