I am a certified life coach. I have a niche in career coaching and relationship coaching.
I believe in people and their ability to turn around and change things. There are times when it seems that the world's burden in on our heads and the moment we turn around we can see a lot more footsteps that have been through the same path.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I love to empower my clients , I listen to them and listen to them and listen to them. I let them hear their inner voice deep within and answer their queries lied hidden deep within them. I show them the light which otherwise seems dark.
I help my clients to ascertain their goals , I help them with affirmations to keep them motivated towards their journey of success. There are assessments , simulations and periodic tracking of their goals.
I help the client to find resources to move to their success, at no point they would feel left alone.

PRIVATE COACHING
My sessions are one hour sessions per week. My first session is free of Charge. There are packages available for 3 months , 4 months and 6 months and ongoing.
ONLINE COACHING
My online session is one email per week. The client can respond with any number of emails in a week. The client would be responded in 48 hours. There is no cap on client emails.

I dont think it matters what I have gone through as no one experience can be of good for two different individuals. It matters what experiences my client has or is going through and how to move to a better plane.
But still for individuals who are interested , I am a post graduate in human resources with 14 years of experience. I am a certified life coach and have a niche in career coaching and relationship coaching. I am an expert in conflict management , resolutions and handling difficult conversations. My core expertise lies in managing emotions, problem solving.
