I am passionate about working with people and supporting them on every step of their journey and exploring new areas of client's inner power makes it even more fascinating. I find my clients to be creative, resourceful and whole and it makes me truly happy to partner with them on their way towards excellence. Coaching focused on strengths is for me the most powerful way to overcome different challenges and I am thrilled seeing how my clients easily find their own path that is in line not only with their strengths, but also values and passion. While working in a multicultural environment for over 15 years I coached diplomats, expats, and trailing spouses of various nationalities in their transition to the new places, cultures and careers. Being an expert in intercultural communication makes me very sensitive to cultural, religious and ethnic differences and more mindful while coaching people of different backgrounds. I am Polish, my husband is Canadian, I received my coaching education in the United States, I studied Turkish and have relatives around the world. Coaching linked all that dots for me.
