I always recommend a complete journey from 4 sessions; then, it can be renewed as I go deeper with the client in each session. 

1. I make a discovery session first - in-person/online - to know each other, build trust, and make sure that I am the suitable coach for you and I know that I am the one :) 


2. I listened to you deeply in the first session and approved the approach, the suitable time for you, the way of coaching and the goal, and the measuring so you can measure that you get your goal in each session.


3. The three remaining sessions are designed upon the goals that you confirmed in the first session

I start my private sessions from the discovery meeting. During our discovery call, we will discuss your current situation - who are you now? - And where do you want to become? - You are in the future - and how will you do it now? - You are in the present - ...

To get the maximum level of benefit from our first meeting, I ask you to take the appropriate time to read the following before we make the call to each other: -

１) Your objective of this call and the desired outcome:

In this meeting, I aim to get to know you and understand your needs, challenges, goals, and desires to ensure I can help you. You seriously want to train - as I will review the training process and your options to ensure that you are serious about Change since if the Change does not come from your heart, neither I nor anyone else can help you .. Change always starts from you ..

２) The Home of Comfort: I invite you to share everything you wish to share and what makes you comfortable, so rest assured, this conversation and sessions are free from judgment on you. A deeper understanding of yourself will make you more powerful and free, and you will feel better energy with it.

３) Your decision:

At the end of our meeting, please be ready to decide about your goal and desired results and choose the type of sessions or packages...

４) Meeting place:

As the meeting is private coaching and you are in my location,  it will be in my space. 

５) If the date of the first session and the type of session - an individual session or a package- are agreed upon, the date will be confirmed, and the documents/information required for the session will be sent ...

６) Payment: Once we are sure that we are well compatible with each other and are happy to proceed, the total amount or as agreed must be paid before the start of the training trip or any sessions where you will be provided with the information required for that.

７) Please provide me with a contact number and ensure it is an active WhatsApp number.

８) Please also provide me with your mailing address

I always loved to help people and solve their problems. My circle always tells me that I am always spending my time fixing others' lives for me. Its worth it and something that I am passionate about. You can't imagine how I can sleep the day that my client rings me or texts me by saying "thank god that you are my coach." 

That passion started at an early age when I was in my 13s, and my friend tried to kill herself. I blamed myself and said that if I could talk to her and help her, that wouldn't happen.
