As I grew in the Army, I imbibed values, ethics and an insight into how beliefs are powerful within us. After over 22 years with the Army (which included the command of an Infantry Battalion in combat), I decided to see what else I could do. Since 2010, I have been flying helicopters commercially and have been a Leadeship and strategy facilitator with multinationals like Mircosoft, SAP, Accenture, Daimler, Titan, Mercedes Benz, The Manipal group amongst others. I was blessed to venture into the field of Careers as well and am a certified Master Mentor for career development.

Single session for teams upto 9 participants
