Using my certifications in media trauma, collective anxiety, and burnout, along with 5 years in the mental health industry working with families, adults and children of all ages, I use my unique background, to specialize in teen identity development.
With a clinical background, I use science-based theoretical approaches and offer various holistic and somatic healing modalities for lasting changes. Being trained in CBT, the compassion method, coherence therapy, and internal family systems, I use an eclectic approach that leads to awareness, healing, and confidence in managing behaviors and thoughts.

I offer 6 month coaching packages only at this time. These packages are programmed to teach teens what anxiety is, how to manage it, and how to apply various tools to self-regulate through the program.
