This form of coaching focuses on achieving desired outcomes through a self discovery process, using experiential learning to re-orient people's thinking, to achieve positive, measurable and sustainable change. My coaching is tailored to help individuals to explore and realize their potential better, grow and re-orient their thinking that benefits them, their families and their organisations.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have extensive experience in manufacturing, consulting and IT services with multinational organizations in multicultural settings in India, USA and Europe. I have held leadership positions with companies such as IBM, ITC Infotech, Tata Tea and Philips.
Successfully led large IT engagements and transformation programs for several Fortune 100 clients worldwide; in the areas of IT strategy, software delivery, process re-design and transformation and change management programs. Some of the major clients being; AT&T, Abbey National Bank, Ericsson, Unilever Group, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, Pepsi, Sony, Tata Tea, Volvo, Vodafone and Wachovia Bank, USA.
I have a keen interest and passion for coaching and training and have conducted several workshops on strategy, transformation and change and career development. I have been invited as a speaker and panelist at international conferences; FAO - United Nations, Tallberg Foundation - Sweden, IBM, India and Taiwan.
I am a certified coach, an Engineer by training with a Master's degree in Management, from Northeastern University, USA.
Fee description
Fees:
from $300 USD to $450 USD
My fees are USD 300 to USD 450 per session of 1.5 to 2 hours.
