I am a Board Certified Life Coach with training from ILCT in ADHD and Life Coaching. I have been working in the field of education for over ten years and have provided social and emotional coaching during my time as a teacher and administrator. I love working with families in figuring out ways for them to thrive as a unit.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I am a holistic coach and look at the big picture as well as all the moving parts. I work with clients on finding the balance in family life.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
I provide 45-minute, in person, sessions for adults and 30-minute, in-person, sessions for youth under the age of 16. I would recommend that families meet together at least once a month for a group session lasting 45 minutes.
ONLINE COACHING
I offer 45-minute weekly coaching sessions with families online. I encourage families to work with me for at least three months so we can build a strong foundation of skills. Then parents and children can do drop-in sessions from 30-45 minutes if they need to.
Short courses or group coaching
I offer 1-day courses in self-empowerment, positive parenting strategies, and calming techniques.
Ongoing training
I work with educators on how to best serve students and families with special needs. I provide 1-day intensive and 3-month consulting courses to work with schools on how best to address the needs of their student population.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have worked with students and families with special needs since 2009. Before working with students on the autism spectrum, I worked with families in middle and high schools as a mentor and empowerment coach.
Fee description
Fees:
from $75 USD to $125 USD
I charge $75 per 30-minute session and $100 per 45-minute session. Group family sessions are at a rate of $125 for a 45-minute session.
