About me
ANDY PAYNE. CPLC.
Andy was born and raised in England and moved to the USA in 1989 to begin a career with The Walt Disney Company. It is here that he has gained the majority of his coaching experience. During his tenure with Disney and had the opportunity to coach individuals, teams and business units to help them achieve their goals.
Having the The Walt Disney Company as his guide, he was also able to work with people from all over the world adding to his knowledge and understanding of cultural differences and norms. Obviously this has enabled him to become a much more "rounded" coach and influence the goals of many individuals.
After working with The Walt Disney Company for almost 20 years Andy added 5 years of experience working with the Marriott International Group again coaching individuals with varying goals whether they be personal or professional.
Andy gained invaluable coaching experience working with the Dan Marino Foundation. It was here that he had the opportunity to help teens and young adults with Autism achieve their Dreams.
This wealth of experience combined with coaching individuals through YOUR COACH ANDY will be the coach that can advise, guide, support and inspire almost any individual, to achieve their goals. If your feeling stuck, unfulfilled or unhappy. If your life is not going the way you want it to. If you want to find purpose and a path in your life, he can help you.
