My name is Angel, and I am a NOBCO certified coach practitioner, and CEO/co-founder of MtMHealth B.V. under which I run my coaching and consulting practice. I guide individuals to gain clarity and empower them to the best possible expression of their unique potentials. In order to move forward in our personal or professional lives, I believe we need to gain a deeper awareness into who we truly are and transform our challenges or shadow patterns to work for us. I can show you how by guiding you to connect to your authentic self and establish clear, concrete, actionable goals and together celebrate wins!

I bring more than 11 years of corporate strategic HR experience, where I have supported people and organizations on their growth journey. I have also supported and guided people through burnout, anxiety, work performance issues, conflicts and various work and life challenges. I have run leadership development programs as well as DE&I workshops for businesses. Therefore, I can work with everyone regardless of their profession and career level.

Besides my business experience, I draw on my own spiritual journey, and work with certified experts in personal development, meditation, contemplation, breathwork and yoga. So, you do not just get my skills, you can draw on the knowledge of the people I work with in MtMHealth B.V.
