About me
I'm an experienced life coach with a private practice in Toledo Ohio. I specialize in getting to the heart of why a person is where they are and how to assist them in moving forward.
I believe in my clients, their vision, goals and aspirations. I take my clients success very seriously in developing an effective action plan that gets results.
Coaching with me
RESULTS & GOALS
I conduct an initial client intake/evaluation either in person or through an intake packet emailed to you.
I ask you to evaluate several areas of your life, describe your goals, perform a values assessment, write a 3-month vision statement, identify your "inner-critic" and so forth. With all of these elements you and I strategize as to how to move forward and develop an action plan. All of my clients learn new things about themselves and see improvements in their lives.
Most importantly, I believe in you and your vision. You are important to me. I'm invested in you and your success. I need you to be consistent with our appointments, open with your self-evaluation, and communicate if an action plan doesn't feel quite right and needs adjusting or deeper focus to overcome an obstacle.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I've been successful coaching in-person, online and over the phone. Currently the majority of my clients work with me via remote sessions. Most enjoy the flexibility of my mobil coaching options. Further, my mobility solutions allows my clients to keep their appointments and maintain their progress and momentum.

I offer one-on-one individual coaching at my office in Toledo, OH. I also offer the flexibility of phone sessions.
ONLINE COACHING
I offer one-on-one coaching via FaceTime or phone.
Short courses or group coaching
I offer a foundational coaching course where the client receives a workbook with weekly assignments. We meet via phone 1 on1 or in person locally, for 30-minute sessions weekly.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I've owned a non-medical home care company and used my coaching skills in developing rich and engaging activities for my clients. I also worked with the families in dealing with the decline health of their loved one and the associated grief.
I've also served as the Activities Director of a senior living community. I developed engaging one-on-one and group activities as well as robust social and community events.
My office is situated in the offices of Marina B. Lung & Associates, a psychology group with over 30 years of experience in the Toledo Ohio community. I work with people from all walks of life including those who have effectively dealt with issues in therapy looking to build a new life around that growth.
I also am very drawn to working with our veterans in developing a life/career post military. Often the experience of active duty can change a person's aspiration and view of their world and themselves. I work to help them find a life that enriches them and moves forward.
Fee description
Fees:
from $58 USD to $68 USD
Fees are hourly and billed monthly. I offer a 15% discount to seniors 60+, students, police, firefighters and veterans.
