I've been hindered by my own experiences of imposter syndrome and know all too well how negative its effects can be. I've been recognized by President Barack Obama for my work yet somehow convinced myself that his acknowledgment was a mistake created by someone's glorification of the simple work I was doing. I more or less hid from the work I was doing that gave me that acknowledgment.
I am also a public speaker, workshop facilitator, and expert witness.
For groups, I coach through interactive group discussions, and feedback on activities. I check-in on clients as they progress through the program and am always available via the back office if clients need assistance.
