About me
am a Certified Life Coach that guides people through life's changes, with the end goal of being a happier, more fulfilled person.
I have worked in Management for 30+ years where I was fulfilled until about three years ago when I decided I needed a change for myself.
I am a founding member and current board member of Chris Walk Against Substance Abuse, a non profit dealing with substance addiction issues in families. I do volunteer work at the Kane County Adult Correction Center, facilitating a Life Skills group and I do one on one mentoring at a Boys Youth Home.
I lost my husband to Cancer last year and that lead me into Grief Share, which I now co-facilitate. This journey, trying to transition from my role as wife and soul-partner to widow has made me really take a look at my life and what God wants for me next.
This is why I became a Certified Life Coach. I believe that God has plans for all of us and we need to be open to his calling. Often times in the midst of change we lose clarity and it is my goal to listen to you and walk beside you through the valleys and into the light.

Coaching with me
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I like to listen to your needs and reasons for needing a coach. I also look at your surveys closely.
At the end of each session we agree upon homework for you to do for the next session.
I like to keep our session light and have some fun but at the same time I expect you to come prepared with your homework and I expect to see progress each week , even if its backward progress
I only do contracts for 4 weeks as I like to assess progress before moving forward.

Fees:
from $75 USD to $125 USD
My fees are based on the type of work we will be doing together.
Fees will be determined at end of first Free session.
