As your coach, I am a resource and presence for you touse to your best advantage. I have an almost unlimited amount of love, compassion, forgiveness, and strength for you, and I can share a vast store of inormation and programs which are designed to increae your success and add to the quality of your life.

I work very holistically.  It's helpful to look at the big picture of clients' lives, even if it's primarily one aspect of it, career or health, for instance that they are prioritizing in our coaching work.  Seemingly small positive changes in one area, for instance in self-care, can have a large impact on others.

I enjoy focusing more on exploring possibilities and potential rather than on problem-solving.

I customize my coaching to meet my clients where they are and to support their personal and professional development.  I believe we should bring all of who we are to what we do, so I bring my practical, focused, strategic strengths to our work in addition to my creativity, intuition, and curiosity.

In our coaching partnership, we often use a variety of tools ranging from goal-setting forms and accountability tracking sheets to visioning and Emotional Freedom Technique.  Most of us are accustomed to using our minds to figure things out.  I invite clients to also tap into their body's wisdom and heart's guidance for direction. As a Reiki Master Teacher, I am happy to add distance Reiki to any session for no additional charge.

I began my studies in holistic health in 2004 and in 2009 became a Doctor of Naturopathy. I opened a wellness center and taught classes on holistic health, it was during that time I discovered I had a nervous system disorder and consequently sold my business to devote time to healing myself. My time spent healing myself was going back to school, I relax best when I am learning. Eventually I went to a neurologist and learned definitively what I had. It was then and there I had to choose. I chose to fight it. It has been a long arduous journey of self discovery and a realization that I am not superman and that in spite of my flaws and weaknesses I have a lot to offer. In 2017 I became a Reiki Master Teacher to help heal myself and others and in 2018 I became a Certified Health Coach. My gift in life has been this neurological disorder, for it has motivated me with a passion to help others achieve whatever it is they wish to achieve, no matter what their barriers seem to be. 

The monthly fee is for "coaching as needed." This includes up to three 30-45 minute scheduled sessions and spot coaching by telephone and email. Please contact me as often as you need to in between session. In general, our sessions will be held the first 3 weeks of the month. If you need to reschedule an appointment, I will do my best to accommodate.

Monthly coaching fee of $300 is due, in advance, by the 1st of the month. I accept checks or automatic bank withdrawal through PayPal.
