About me
I have a passion for helping people in a way that empowers them to reclaim control of their lives. I draw on the incredible qualities, characteristics, and answers that already exist within my clients (yup, we all got 'em!) and bring them to the forefront.
I coach people into the discovery, exploration, and deepening of their relationships, beginning with the one they have with themselves, because you can't be anything to anyone without being someone to yourself first. As your coach, I will challenge your relationship status quo and guide you into a richer, more meaningful experience and connection with yourself and those around you.
I take a value-based approach to get you into a relationship with all those pieces of yourself that you need to be intimately familiar with in order to step into that biggest, brightest version of you. We will find what is holding you back, what will launch you forward, and what will help keep you there long after you and I have ended our work together. As a team, we'll look at the values that make you uniquely you and we'll leverage them to make sure you’re perfectly positioned for your next big, exciting change!

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach trained through the "Harvard of Coaching schools,†the Coaches Training Institute. I've spent a decade working with people going through some of the most challenging times of their lives. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and have a mindset and approach to coaching that involves deep levels of empathy, compassion, support, and perspective.
OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
Coaching involves regularly scheduled contact between a client (you) and coach (me), typically done over the phone. Sessions last for forty-five minutes to an hour and are always centered around your goals. We’ll do the work upfront to become really clear on what those are.
