Life Coach specializing in helping young adults to overcome anxiety, gain perspective, build character and self esteem through positivity and creative thinking to know themselves completely and love who they are.
I also specialize in helping women obtain inner peace through discovering their life's purpose, looking within and loving life.
Other niche areas are; families with disabled child(children), dealing with ones own disability, trauma, and, relationships.

PRIVATE COACHING
Private coaching sessions are conducted on a secure phone line. Details are outlined in my "Welcome Packet"
ONLINE COACHING
Sessions are conducted via email and by programs specifically designed to provide clients with the necessary materials to achieve results.
Short courses or group coaching
I offer group coaching for families, and other groups of 4 or more people who, together are looking to approach, resolve, or overcome a shared matter.
Ongoing training
Ongoing training is always welcome and usually advisable for my clients. This can be months after the coaching sessions wrap up or sooner. Decisions on how to proceed will be discussed and made between myself and the client.
