My ray of sunshine
Astha has been my go to person for any sort of distress I felt, after a number of failed therapy/ coaching sessions I finally got her who made me progress. She felt like a person I had been in need of forever, she taught me to see the positive things in life, set goals and act accordingly. She has helped me to manage my time, meet deadlines, stop my procrastinating habit which I thought would never go.
She posses all the qualities of a good coach and she has a long way to go.

I approached Aastha when I was going through a very stressful time and felt lost
