About me
In my own journey of my self-exploration, strech and discovery as a coach, I am a ICF certified coach (ACC). I am also an Erickson Professional Certified Coach. I am currently an ICF (International Coaching Federation) member, with ICF Turkey charter.
I have a special interet in Emotional Intelligence coaching and pursue my coaching career in that.
My other work experience involves 21 years of academic background. I finished my Ph.D in Educational Sciences and tracked my post doctoral studies in educational psychology, autonomy, flow and motivation. I have a deep interest in discovering the true self-power and creativity for more joy, meaning and balance in life.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
As a coach I value mutual respect and trust. The first step in my coaching is to start building rapport with my clients. Then I listen to them at a deeper level in this journey of self- discovery, insight, commitment and action that moves them forward. I ask powerful questions to open a whole new dimension as I support them to reach their desired outcome. My approach is to promote my client’s self-discipline and hold them accountable for the results of intended actions.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
When I started to pursue my own journey of my passions and dreams, being a coach- I had the chance to explore my life, strech myself and unfold possibilities to become the person I want to become and to create the life I desire to live. With this insight and awareness, I took steps forward and create joy, meaning and balance in my life. I started to run my own business, enjoy a better work life/balance, benefit from a more flexible and creative career which celebrated my age and experience and ticked all the boxes for creating the lifestyle I desired to live.
Now that I am at a point where I would like to serve for my bigger mission which is coaching in the world. I feel the full self-confidence, motivation and trust to support you to move forward and become the person you want to be and create the life you desire to live.
I have a deep interest in psychology and self-development. In the pursuit of my career as an academician I have had the chance to explore the concepts of autonomy, motivation, flow and goal-setting in language learning and implement them in my academic practices.
