I always encourage my clients to become independent by empowering them with the skills they need to effectively manage their lives. Therefore, after my coaching session, I give my clients strategies to enable them to figure things out themselves in the future, be confident about their decisions, and become independent.
Also, I hold my clients accountable to follow the plans set and to develop their skills so as to ensure they achieve success. I listen, encourage, support, motivate and celebrate my client success. This is because their success is my success. The payment I love most is to see my client succeed because it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

I do private coaching for clients who desire one-on-one coaching. My coaching styles focus on exactly what you want to achieve and help you gets there faster. During the coaching session, we will clarify your life purpose, and goal. And explore all the possible options in achieving it, using lots of techniques to really extract options that you have never thought of before.
We’ll also work to identify key barriers in your life, what areas you’re unhappy with, your frustrations, and struggles. And how to effectively address them.
I conduct online coaching because about 70% of my clients reside in other countries. Geography isn’t a barrier. I conduct most coaching over the phone or the internet. I establish a very close rapport with all of my clients, even if we never meet face-to-face. My online coaching sessions saves time and money and it works effectively as an in-person coaching session.
I do most sessions via Skype or phone, so you need a computer or phone and good internet connection. You will need a quiet room with no distractions where you can totally focus on the conversation. You need to have the time and commitment to complete the sessions. Also, show dedication by doing the action plan given to you at the end of each session.
Online coaching has proven to be the most convenient way for individuals to fit coaching into their busy lives.
I do a series of group coaching. My clients have the opportunity to decide the coaching group they want to be part of, based on their needs, personality and lifestyle. Each coaching group has a maximum of 5 participants. You will have the opportunity to work with like-minded people and be challenged to accomplish your goals.
At the end of each coaching session, I will give you very specific action-oriented assignments (action plan). And encourage you to evaluate yourself and see if you have learned something new about yourself or gained clarity on your issues.
Fees: from $70 USD to $300 USD
