I have been a creative freelancer and self-development enthusiast for the past 10+ years, on top of being a highly sensitive and low energy individual. So I know and understand firsthand how challenging it can be to be forcing yourself to fit into the mold of what's expected of you versus what's actually right for you.
As a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, I help my clients figure out how they’re holding themselves back from their true potential so they can gain confidence to reach their goals, express themselves authentically in their work and relationships, and move out of the habits and behaviors that have kept them stuck, so they can find their place in the world and reignite their passion for life.
Being an accredited practitioner in Myers-Briggs, IEQ9 Enneagram, Prepare-Enrich, TIME Techniques, EFT Tapping, Hypnotherapy, and Reiki as well as currently studying Human Design has provided me with a variety of powerful tools and techniques for those seeking more deep, empowering, subconscious shifts that - with a combination of strategic planning, energetic alignment, and deep shadow work - will transform your life to one that you truly and completely love.
I am here as a source of support and accountability, and to provide an outside source of perspective.
That being said, my clients need to be committed to doing the work and willing to push themselves to have the lives they want. I'm not here to enable your current situation, I'm here to help gently, lovingly, and effectively push you to where you want to be!

I currently offer 3 different services virtually:
Breakthrough Session: Single Session with your choice of Life Coaching, Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Human Design, Timeline Integration, or Hypnotherapy.
Deep Dive Intensive: A whole day session dedicated to helping you experience powerful change work, and build profound awareness of yourself with a combination of Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, Human Design, and Timeline Integration, that you leave with 3-6 months of guidance and tools to integrate.
1:1 program: 12 weeks of hdeep, individualized support and guidance in your life, as I help you gain clarity of your short-term/long-term visions, make changes in your unhealthy habits, patterns, and beliefs, explore and embrace your authentic self and way of being, and pursue your passions and purpose you've been neglecting until now. We meet biweekly, and you have private text/email access to me in-between sessions for extra accountability and support. Includes all of the modalities mentioned in the Breakthrough Session.

As someone who used to struggle with little to no confidence, living my life as others wanted me to live instead of how I really wanted to live, and trying to competitively keep up with other creatives in my field instead of creating out of passion and purpose, I know the struggle all too well.
I've experienced the ups and downs, challenges, uncertainties, blocks, and burnout from being a deep-thinking, passionate, spiritual, creative, sensitive soul. And I know how hard it can be to feel secure, confident, authentic, and fulfilled in a world that doesn't always acknowledge, honor, or appreciate us "misfits." I've spent the last decade finding my own voice and place in the world, that feels right regardless of what other people think and want for me, and that feels fulfilling even through the stress and uncertainty that can come from having a non-traditional lifestyle.
