About me
My life experience has taught me the value of building a career around life rather than following the typical pattern of building your life around your career. I am educated and have worked in management, accounting, human resources, interior design and now as a life coach. Obviously I have some varied interests and it has been an exciting journey to mold my career around these and other interests, all while having the time to raise two kids as a single mom.
I am also a very creative person. The combination of my creative thinking skills, practical life skills and years of learning about how to be in control of my thoughts and feelings have allowed my to build a life filled with joy and peace. You can do this too!
It is my mission to help as many people as possible to achieve this place of peace and joy in their lives, while getting there much more quickly than I did. I will help you harness your creativity and the power of your thoughts and feelings to make your life a better place.

I help my clients define what they really want from life. From there, we work together to develop a plan to build a life that is based on what they really want, a life that fully incorporates their values, interests and desired lifestyle.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
When you coach with me you can expect lots of questions right off the bat. I am very curious and eager to learn about how you think and what is important to you. You will find a very open-minded and non-judgemental space to share your dreams and your fears.
Together, we will work to clarify your dreams and goals. We will identify the beliefs that you hold that are keeping you stuck and we will develop ways for you to overcome those obstacles. We will work to expand your ability to think creatively so you can solve problems more quickly and efficiently. Then, we will work as a team to develop a plan of action that moves you toward your goals. You can expect me to motivate you, challenge you and hold you accountable to your plan.
It is my goal to establish a coaching relationship based on trust, honesty and positive intention. I am very energetic and enthusiastic and I have a passion for helping others build better lives.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I am a coach, a ceramic artist and a musician. In my earlier life, I was employed as an accountant, a human resources manager and an interior designer. I obviously have many varied interests and I have built a life that allows my to explore my interests and my love of travel, all while raising two children as a single mom. The catch is, it took a lot of time and many missteps to get it right.
My mission is to help others build lives that suit them in a much quicker and more efficient way, so that they can get on with the business of living a life they love. Nothing makes me happier than helping others to live happier, more joy filled lives.
Fee description
Fees:
from $70 USD to $100 USD
Coaching is offered in 4 standard packages. Each package includes a 75 minute intake session, recurring 45 minute sessions (weekly for the first three weeks then bi-weekly for the remaining sessions.) and up to two email contacts between sessions. Each package also includes a 45 minute follow up session 4 months after completing your recurring sessions. The packages are priced as follows:
A. Intake + 7 recurring sessions + follow up $695
B. Intake + 13 recurring sessions + follow up $995
B. Intake + 19 recurring sessions + follow up $1295
B. Intake + 24 recurring sessions + follow up $1499
Custom packages are available by request.
Coaching is available by the hour for $100/hr.
